Urine from a healthy person does not contain anything dangerous. It is mostly pure water, plus some disolved salts and uric acid - the by-product of the breakdown of your body cells.
Drinking urine is common in some cultures, and in the US some believe drinking your own urine once a day is good for your health.
If you want to do this, you can without any ill-effects.
