a lot of those died because of communist Soviet policies

correction: communism preaches equality at any price, therefore they attempted to root out different nationalities and ethnic identities, in order to establish the single Soviet identity. People were forced to be equal, any claim of other nationality or ethnic identity carried the death penalty

Don't take this comment wrong, please. You got to think about the power that Jews have in the world. Me, I follow a Hebrew-based religion. But because of the power that the Jews have in the world of money and news, they can put the things they want out there. What? Most media companies are owned by Jews, and the guy who runs the "national" treasury is a Jew. Communism is by far the worst. An example of a facist state would obviously be Germany. Go read some social reports on it. It was actually one of the cleanest states of the world, in regards to health, law, and the social structure. Not to say that they were perfect in any sense. The point is that all political systems have their goods and bads - so you have to see it in a mixture. The trouble comes in the same field as religion:everyone wants to be right, and no one wants to give anything up. When it comes down to it, the ideal behind any government is actually good. But there you reach the difference between paper and reality. Basically look at things for their good points, delete the bad and work with it. But I digress. Why? Because people listen to others far too much, instead of thinking on their own.

Fascism is based on the idea of the superiority of one race, which implies that destruction of certain other races is a necessity. Communist doctrine says nothing about annihilation of races. It preaches equality above all. While great many people died under "Communist" regimes, what those regimes practiced was just a different form of fascism as they annihilated social classes in their struggle for power. No one denies that Stalin was just as bad as Hitler. But the basic doctrine of fascism is pure evil, whereas communism is a socio-economic theory that doesn't work.

No, German Fascism was not bad, it was horrendous. They killed millions of people in cold blood including children and babies. Fascism was a combination of the power of a major Nation Government including the Military, a religious fervor that gripped the people of Germany along with some private corporations who supplied the Fascists . There is more than one Fascism and they were different experiences but it is the combination that has the religious certainty of God being on their side combined with the military minded sense of duty gone mad along with the industrial ability and know how and desire to arm and supply the machines of war with free Enterprise know how without regulations. (Take a close look and understand why religion, government and private Enterprise should not be mixed)
The same is also true about Communism, millions were murdered. However, their are many models of Communism, but the doctoral model of Communism which includes the revolutionary zeal or religious like fervor has all the problems associated with fascism except for the private corporate structure and profit motive remained in Fascism. Some German and other Corporations made lots of money during WWII.
Stalin was a killer alright, but I don't think he was much of a communist. He did kill millions of his own people.
However, Fascism, in my opinion, is the best killer and the worst form of Government.
Good question, thanks.

I think it relates to the aims and ideals of each. On the one hand facism aims to concentrate all power into the hands of a few. Although this ends up happening a lot in communist states, that's not the aim. Communism aims to give all the power to the people and provide for everyone equally. If this worked, it would truly be an amazing system.

These deaths are the result of awful leaders, not forms of goverment. Communisum is a wonderful idea, it just dosen't work because men like Stalin abused the system and their power. Fascism was no better than a dictatorship. In communisum, everyone is ment to be equal.

A solution that cannot be implemented is not a solution.
Communism has been tried in many countries. It has inevitably resulting in deprivations, imprisonment, execution, starvation or famine and a host of unspeakable horrors in a scale that boggles the mind.
It is not a good idea, it is a failure. Plain and simple.

i used to be a communist (Leninist) but realised it that there will always be some greedy souls so i gave up. Anyway i think communism wasn't design to kill people the begin with but fascism was. So there's the difference.......

In my mind they are about the same. They are both evil, and rob the common person of their opportunity to prosper. I do, however see your point and to really answer your question I don't know.

There are ideas and then there are the implementation of those ideas.
Often there is the sham of implementing those ideas.
Communism has only worked in Israel that I know of, but it did work there.
To vilify the entire concept on these faulty examples is to miss any value that might be there.
