yes they do... their skin normally has more melanin to keep them protected from the sun's harmful rays but if they been exposed to extreme sunlight they really have to put on sunblock so to keep their skin form burning.

that's a funny question, I don't think it's racist. Okay, so I am a light-skinned black person so I do need sunscreen especially if I spend time near reflecting white sandy beaches or just outside in the Texas heat. My dermatologist said it was a good idea to use sunblock/sunscreen while I use certain medicines. So, to answer your question, yes, some black folks need sunblock. :) And, yes, I have been burned, that's torn up from the sun for sure.

Yes I think so I have always though aboout that since I am really dark okay not Sudanese black but still. I know what you mean and yes everybody needs to be protected from the sun.

Yes we do need sunblock. We burn, just not as easily as white people

yeah sure
black people have more pigment, and it protects them more form the sun, but overly exposed to the sun, yes, it can still do lots of damage, therefore they do need sunblock

Yes, definitely. Just because a sunburn isn't visible doesn't mean it won't affect a person. Black people darken up and get burnt, too. They also have moles and freckles that can spread and become melanomas.
