I don't really recommend the bench press since it only works out the upper half of your boob. I can't remember what this exercise is called, but you basically sit there and you push weights up on a 45 degree angle. It's not as inclined as it would be to work out your shoulders. That's supposed to work out your entire man-boob.

You gotta drop the fat, dude. Bench press will buid muscles under that fat man boobs. Do lots of cardio in addition to the weights. Consider getting a heart rate monitor so you can ensure your workout takes you into your fat burning mode.

press ups are good. To give you an idea how many is sufficient, try 30. If its no probs do another 30. my gf can do 150. also go the gym and get a fitness advisor to help you. Thats what they are there for.

heres coming from an assistant trainer of a bodybuilding team...
the bench press will work your mid to upper pec area so u DEF. need to start with tht
also do the incline bench press that will work your upper pec area
then do the decline bench press which will build your lower pec area THIS IS VERY IMPORTANT and naturally your lower pec area is stronger than your mid and upper, so work it hard
