Spread cayenne pepper around the windowsill andsurrounding area that'll stop 'em from coming.

HAHAHA. I feel for you man, I used to live in a house where a den of raccoons had stored up in the crawlspace for the winter. I would hear all their crazy jibber jabber at night and they would not shut up, ever. The sounds tormented my dog too. I would pound on the floor etc. I even shot off a couple of rounds into the crawlspace, but to no effect. Eventually I had to call animal control to take them away. It was expensive but I could sleep.

You could try luring them away from your window with food!
Raccoons get hungry too, you know. I bet if you got a nice big watermelon and left it a couple hundred feet away from your house, it would keep them busy for days!

Pour motor oil on the ground outside your window...not the most eco-friendly, but it makes them go away.

stash tons of garbage and stuff in ur neigbours backyard so when the racoons come by, they'll catch scent of your neighbours backyard and go over there
