I have blue eyes so I like to put a shade of light blue all over my eyelid and then brown on the bottom part of the upper lid. That really makes my eye color pop!

I think that depends on your eye color, I have blue eyes and I was told by a make up artist not to use bright colors cause it makes your eyes blend in. So I have used more natural colors, browns, grays, ect. for ever now. I get compliments on my eyes all the time now.

blue, purple, or green. and they all have to be REALLY light, cause dark is YUCKY.
