my friend, alexa likes this boy. he is dominican. she is puerto rican. he is really cuite & everything but she cant go out with him because his parents dont like puerto ricans. i have a problem with that because im puerto rican. what should my friend and i do? because i really wanna beat up his parents.

It's sad that people can't just love one another no matter what they are or where they come from.Unfortunately some people's minds will never change about this so my advice is to be friends and if it turns out to be the real thing you'll have to live with the fact that his parents don't like it.I hope you are old enough to realize that haterid and fighting never solve anything.Good Luck!

if you do that then you will make the puerto ricans look bad more to his parents. Just give up and let it go. You don't want to go to jail either.

My son is half puerto rican and i'm white. Love shouldnt matter what skin color you are. Tell them to flip their hand over and look at the palms of everyones hands and see that everyone is the same color after all.

Your friend should listen to her parents because if she doesn't she may not be seeing you either. When you live at home parents rule.
