Why did you even ask this question!! Everybody is going to say Tupac, of course!! But to me one of the best most underrated MC's from West Oakland is Saafir tha Saucee Nomad. He had the perfect mix of "Hood" not gangster, "Deep" he had lyrics, and "Flow" style. High Points include Light Sleeper, Battle Drill Going Home and Crawl before You Ball. And for you Tupac fans, before Pac became popular him and Saafir and him use to kick it together in the same crew, Digital Underground.
