Cramping is very normal while pregnant. If they get very severe to where it hurts so bad you cant move, then I would call a Doctor. But cramps like that are common. I think they call them growing pains. Its from your uterus growing.

I had some early the first time. Are you taking iron pills? Iron can constipate you if the dose is too high and it will give you quick sharp pains in your lower abdomen. If so, try Slow FE with Folic Acid. If you see blood. Go immediately to your Dr. or emergency room.

A lot of women have cramping in early pregnancy. Taking a warm bath or shower usually helped me.

Get used to it, sweetie. Your insides have to stretch and be squished. You may cramp off and on the whole time. Warm baths always worked for me.

It is completely normal for the cramping pain, it is just your uterus expanding and making room for the fetus.
