It is good for upset stomach. I used to have an ulcer and it made me feel better whenever I had too much pain or nausea. I know that is also good for people with diabetes.

Yes as a juice, it's good for your stomach/digestion.

it's sold at some GNC, Vitamin World, Walgreens, CVS and drug stores usually but you have to check because sometimes some don't carry if the locals don't use it regularly.

I can recall my brother, who has Ulcerative Collitise, used to drink an aloe vera juice.

i believe it can soothe the lining of the stomach....

I have been told that aloe vera is a cure for hemroids. You can both drink the juice and use it externally.
