For the stupid stuff, do your homework and pay attention in class.

For the ugly stuff, stay clean...bathe regularly, comb your hair, and keep a smile on your face. No reason to call attention to flaws. Call attention to good stuff.

For the fat stuff, stop eating junk. Take a short walk. Tomorrow, make it a little longer walk. Keep it up - every day. That weight will come off.

For the muscular stuff, that's good. Just keep walking and soon, the muscles will begin to be more defined.

For the bad skin, see the staying clean thing. Often, bad skin will clear up on its own. But remember the smiling thing. Gotta do it.

The cheeks thing...hard to cry when you're smiling all the time, huh?

The outlook is bright. Wrap yourself around that concept, and life will look a lot better.

ur not stupid ur probably good at something that u havent discovered yet if u think ur ugly improve urself get a different hairstyle loose the glasses if any ur fat then try runnin exercising and also dieting ur cheeks cant be ugly just stop crying and realize that god wanted u to start off like this jus wait when u mature u'll have everybody wantin u good luck : )

Awe that is no way to talk about yourself! It is not what's on the outside but what is inside that matters most. Focus more on the positive and less on the negative. We often don't see ourselves as we truly are, we tend to see only the negative. There's more positive there than you realize. Find a supportive friend or family member, ask them to say something good about you. I'm sure he or she will have some nice things to say. Most importantly ignore mean people like some of the ones who responded to this question because they are probably the ones who gave you this poor self image to begin with!

Well 1. Your not STUPID!! 2. Everybody thinks they're ugly but What is your best quality(in looks I mean), key in on that bring that out. 3. Go on a diet don't starve yourself my sister lost weight by going on a dibetic diet it took her some time but she lost weight and looked great(she is 51 yrs too). 4. Go to a Good dermotologist for your skin but being on a good diet will help your skin bunches. 5. Now stop crying you've got alot of planning to do and LOTS of work to do!!!

you seem to suffer from EXTREME lack of confidence. if you can somehow think better of yourself, i think u'll see a huge difference in ur life!! work on yourself, try to fix whatever u feel needs fixing; for example, if u feel stupid, study harder than you usually do. get help from others, ask for a tutor, make friends at school who understand and they can help do homework together, study groups, etc. ask your parents for help. if you feel ugly (skin, etc), ask ur parents to take you to a dermatologist (skin doctor). or try different things, like clearisil face wash, or proactive (u can buy that at some malls), or sephora/skin care places who give free advice on what u can try and give free samples. if you feel that you are fat, try working out more and eating less for 3 weeks, and u will FEEL lighter and healthier. do little baby steps, and eventually u will gain more and more confidence as u see and feel progression. if you DO something and see results, you will FEEL accomplished, and know that you have control over your life. that should help u build your self confidence, and others will notice something different about you!!! sad to say, but no one likes a whiner, or someone who's always negative all the time. you will bring everyone around you down, and they won't want to be around u. if u feel BETTER about yourself, u can bring people up and they will Want to be around you. be positive always, and know that you are different, unique, wonderful person. find the best in u , and everyone will be amazed.

Get ur life sorted out.. eat evry 4 hours from when u wake... eat natural low fat protien meals e.g chicken salad urrm for breakfast a low fat or 0% fat greek youghert wid some fruit and join a gym and urm pretty soon you will become slim and healthy ! oh yh nd u will porbaly stop the crying?? urrm just dont let your self slip with your diet ! keep on track and it will soon be good !

First of all, stop feeling sorry for yourself. you won't accomplish anything that way. Secondly, stop listening to IDIOTS who tell you to kill yourself, because you were given life as a gift and as long as you breath there is a chance to make things better. Why do you think you're stupid? Who told you you're ugly? Really, you break my heart because I used to feel like that, and trust me, even if it is your own family telling you this you don't necessarily need to believe them. You have a mind of your own. You can always loose weight, everybody can, Acne clears up, trust me, I know. And Stupid is as stupid does, people who tell you you're less than are really messed up themselves. Don't listen to them. Chin up, and move forward, you have the whole of your life ahead of you to make things better. Good luck.

ugly: Wear popular clothes, and hair cuts and stuff
fat: GET UP AND LOSE SOME WEIGHT
bad skin: lotion, moister it
cheeks are ugly: LOSE SOME WEIGHTS
crying: BE A MAN=NO CHEEKS UGLYNESs

It's all in your mind! If you set your mind the other way around...you should feel different!

Always think positive! If you think you're stupid, never give up learning new stuff..., if you think you're fat, start working out, if your cheeck bad from crying, then don't cry...set your mind to positive mind!
