Drink something cold it will help decrease your fever and rehydrate you. After you get home change into jammies cover up and drink something warm and try to sleep. Most viruses last 24 hrs or so if symptoms persist or get worse see a doc.

hot tea will sooth your throat if its sore and it is also relaxing. But you need to drink a lot of water. And keep taking the tylenol every 4 hours. If your fever doesnt break and it is higher than 102 then you should go to the ER because that means your imunse system isnt doing what its supposed to do. Rest and drink as much fluid as you can. And dont panic about a fever unles its 103ish and not dropping.

hope your better by the time you read this...
if not set your watch/get your co worker to wake you up... on your next break or lunch and take a nap...drink warm/cold non decaffeinated is the key you might even do well if your hot to suck on a Popsicle or ice chips. main thing is to keep hydrated and get all the rest you can and try not to infect others on the job...if you think you are running a fever take your temp, talk to your HR dept I am sure if at all possible they don't want you there...or around them..but if you have to be there stay away from others and wash your hands...rest when you can intake liquids. you should feel well in 24-48 hours if not then go to doctor. if it is a virus there is nothing other then what has been stated to do and usually gone in that time.

Well, if you have a fever, then iced tea will be better for you than hot, but what you really need is water and maybe a sports drink like Gatorade. And to see a doctor. If you fall asleep or you get any worse, then you don't need to worry about work. You need to worry about you.

It is possible that you have a mild cold. I can't diagnose what is wrong with you. When you get off of work, head to your local urgent care center. Most of them are open till around 8 or so and who can diagnose what is wrong. I hope its something simple. When your symptoms pass, go to your local massage therapist. Relax, de-stress. This may help prevent some of your symptoms.
