I am from Romania and I think a Romanian team can qualify, but not this year. And maybe you are right...Steaua is going to lose! They are not so great...not the best team in Romania, in my opinion. But next year...well, another team will qualify in Champions League. And I know exactly which one...

Yes - Romania seems to going through a crisis at the moment, BUT they are on a comeback road , they have produced great player's such as Hagi , etc. Good Luck !!!
