Did you smile and appear enthusiastic throughout the interview? Were you pleasant and respectful to the interviewer? Was your body language appropriate... slightly leaning forward (shows interest), hands folded in lap, good eye contact, etc.? If you were nervous, did you mention it? (It makes you human and works more in your favor than against you.) Did you take your time to answer questions or were you impulsive? (Pausing to answer gives you an opportunity to formulate a better response than perhaps your first thought). Did the interviewer smile at the end of the interview? Here's a sure-fire way to find out how you did... with a big smile, when the interview is over, you might say something like, "Whew! How did I do, sir?"

If you feel you have anwered the questions to the best of your ability. Did you hear about the next step from the employer during the interview? Did they bring you to see anyone else at the time of the interview? Was the interview really short? That would be a bad dign.
