I use Kyolic Aged Garlic Extract. The website is www.Pharmaton.com. I find that this particular brand is more easily digested and causes no heartburn. It will also not cause any bad breathe problems. I can buy it at any local drugstore, but if you cannot find it, use the website to find local retailers. I love finding ways to improve my health, and I love sharing the findings with others!
