If it was left out all night...I would say don't risk it. Especially if there was meat on it.

I'm sure some people will say it would be safe, but I wouldn't eat it. Most books recommend not eating food even if its left out after 30 minutes when you're pregnant.

any food that is not normally served at room temp. can be dangerous if it sits out too long. I would not eat the pizza, because by now you can get very sick from the organisms now calling it home. Eating the pizza will sacrifice your health and your baby's health

Well, normally I'd just go ahead and eat it and take the risk of getting something. But, since you're pregnant, I'd toss the pizza since any kind of germ you get could also affect the baby.

I don't think that anything that is left out overnight could be that good to eat pregnant or not. A few hours maybe, but not overnight. Too many ifs with bacteria and all.

Put it in the fridge overnight and it's fine. You shouldn't eat food that was left out ever, but when you are pregnant it's even more important because you really don't want to get sick now.

it doest matter if you are pregnant or not, you should never leave food out over night. that how you get food poisoning. so yeah, its not a good idea to eat it, unless you feel like being sick for the next few days. i know from personal experience.

I've never had a problem with it before!!! And with 5 kids in the house, we have pizza all the time...
Should watch maybe if you had some odd toppings on it though... seafood instead of peperoni.....
