correct - with a left handed (or reverse strung) guitar, you would strum or pick with your left hand and fret with your right.

A left handed guitar has the biggest string (low E)
strung on the bottom of the neck.
A right handed guitar has the low E string at the top of the neck.
Some players learn to play either way. it all depends on which guitar you get your hands on first.
