i need to write a killer statement of purpose to get into grad school could u help? know any website that would help?

In your statement of purpose, you should:

describe yourself, providing information that cannot be found on your transcript, being sure to demonstrate your particular suitability for the program in question

demonstrate familiarity with current methodologies, and articulate the intended focus of your study

mention the faculty with whom you hope to work, and state the reasons for your interest in these faculty

(Statements with grammar and spelling errors go directly to the bottom of the pile, trust me.)

Well, just tell them WHY you are going to grad school. Obviously it will serve a purpose, better chances of employment, a desire to learn more about the subject, etc etc etc. What hopes do you have for yourself after you finish. That's what I did.

1. Use capital letters correctly.
2. One exclamation point is enough for one sentence.
3. Never abbreviate "you" as "u."
