I can't put in tracks due to space limitations. Any ideas?

Get a block of paraffin wax at the grocery store - costs about 50 cents - and slide the block up and down the edges of the drawer.

Rub the contact points with a bar of soap, or wax from a white unscented candle. I had to do this at a previous older house.

Rub the wood slides with parafin or used candle wax. Rub on the drawer and the
slide and slide in and out to heat up and even out the wax.

You could use anything tha is a solid wax...candles, beeswax, Johnsons Paste Wax. Or a bar of soap.

try a little soap as lubricant (not liquid soap, use a bar soap like Ivory)
