Yes I use Cascade Plastic Booster, Its a dishwasher Cleaning Additive that Safely removes red stains and odors from your plastic containers, dishes, cutting boards, and utensils - plus the plastic interior of your dishwasher!

wash the Tupperware on the top rack of a dishwasher and be sure to add some of the new plastic stain remover found by the dishwasher detergents. Colgate makes one that works well for us. We have also had to soak a few again using the newer plastic stain booster in the water

I find that if you apply dish soap and no water and scrub it will come out. But to prevent it the next time spray a little cooking spray in the container. For some reasn it will stain less or not at all.

I don't know how to remove them...mine are all stained as well, but I was told to spray the container w/ a cooking spray (like PAM) before I add any tomato based foods to prevent staining

For an organic (and very cheap) option, sunlight. Stick them in the sun for a few days. It will bleach out the stain.
