tell them all the qualities you have that they want, like 'i'm a hard worker, I enjoy a challenge... etc' but then try to throw in something a bit more personal like mention a hobby or something you do in your spare time.

Keep your response short and focused on the skills/abilities you've acquired that would be beneficial to the company. What the interviewer wants to know is what assets are you bringing to the position. And it's ok to tell the interviewer where you're from and how you became interested in the industry the company represents.
You could start by saying, "I'm originally from and about ago I became interested in and its been my goal to work in this industry ever since."
What you don't want to do is going on and on about you and not mention what caused you to get interested in the company.
I hope this information helps.

They are not interested in your history but are looking for those qualities in you which will be useful to them. So focus on the right qualities needed for the job. You need to show how you use those qualities for the benefit of your employer and instances in the past when you used those qualities.
Please speak clearly and articulate your thoughts well.
Best of luck.

Center that answer around this particular job and interest you have that would be used to the fullest in this job. Keep your answer short..look them in the eye when answering..and let your eyes smile as you answer. Good luck!

well first of all, don't make yourself out to be someone you are not they will see right through you. just be honest because that is the kind of person they are looking for.
