Bah! Keep going and build up good callouses!

Blisters are temporary, a good callous is forever!

It sounds like your feet are sliding back and forth in your shoes. I have that same problem. I found that making the shoes tighter cuts down on the sliding. I wear three pairs of socks and I put a padded, heel insert inside of my shoe. Also, use foot powder to keep them drier. The skin seems to blister easier when it is moist.

Just wear two pairs of socks, my feet got all jacked up when I played basketball in a camp for a week, and my shoes were old, I should've worn 2 pairs. Just wear two pairs and you'll be good. Make sure they're not all thin as well. You can keep the shoes though.

Anything Dr. schols, you need it. There are some thick round cushions that stick to the blisters to keep them heeling and to make sure they don't open up... Get new shoes that are lighter too like new balance shoes that runners use in your situation. Make sure no one steps on your feet. That would hurt!

First of all buy your self a comfortable sneakers and avoid blisters.. you better wait for few days for the blisters to heal and then play (with new sneakers ofcourse) otherwise you will make it worse if you play with blisters... I hope you were soft cotton socks when you play.. DON'T EVER WEAR SNEAKERS ON BARE FOOT!!!
