I use the Avon sunless tanner, it has a good color, and a pleasant odor. The best thing to do is put it on about an hour before bed then the color will be developed by morning and you can touch up any bad places

They have some good moisturizers with subtle tanners in them now. Try Dove Energy Glow. It works over about a weeks time so you don't look like you fried yourself and it doesn't turn you orange.

I have used this stuff by Sally Hansen and it works pretty good for me, but it is easy for me to tan in the sun so I just use it at the beginning of the summer.
