Actually I just got divorced in California.
your wife would be entitled to spousal support for 1/2 the duration of your marriage if there is a wide enough gap in income, since she has no "reported" income she may get it for a short time however the fact that you have no kids, does not hinder her ability to work the judge will probably not order it for 1/2 the duration, but may for a short time. If she remarries before that time is up she will lose her spousal supprt.
Lucky for you ca. does not see adultery as a reason for divorce, it's merely irreconcilable differences, and left at that.
With no income I doubt she will get the house, so it will be your house again....in order for her to prove the ability to keep the house she would have to prove a) income to pay the house payment and bills or b) admit she is in a relationship with somebody supporting her...so either way you win!
It sucks that this all happened, however I agree you should have made it a 3-some and maybe you'd be getting a little of each!!
Hope this helps

You did wrong as well you know--But do you really want such a cheap relationship---get a lawyer and a divorce and get the ----away from this situation and start over again looking more for a woman of quality!! By quality I mean someone who will only have a relationship with YOU!! If the house is in your name only you can have her kicked out otherwise you will have to share with her!

lol...I think its pretty funny that the two for them are now seeing each other. Karma is a b*tch!!! You got what you deserved. Why worry about the house or spousal support? You wouldn't of had to worry about any of this if you could of kept your marital vows in the first place. Don't start throwing around blame until you look at your face first!

First thing you were wrong b/c you were cheating and if she marry's the gyrl it is not legally binding remember they are debating the same sex marriage so alimony yes you'll pay the house will be totally up to the judge depending on who's name it's in and things like that.

hee hee...."sitting on your face", eh? Bet you lost that erection rather quickly. not only that...you apparently haven't been honing your oral skills down to a science if your girlfriend is now involved with your wife.
First of all...shame on you for playing around in your own house. Second, it's pretty bad when your wife leaves you for man...but a woman? Whoooo-eee...brother you are now going to pay for your indescretion. Hope the mustache ride episode was good while it lasted.

thats what you get you sick cheater. why'd you get married if you wanted other girls to sit on your face? And your wife apparently does it better then you or they would have invited you for a 3 some. The fact that she works under the table means nothing, if she can prove adultery then your screwed
