Breath. My nasal passages are too narrow to do all the work.
Coughing sounds come out of my mouth when I'm bored.
Lyrics come out of my mouth if I'm singing along with a tune.
Words come out of my mouth if I have to say something to be sociable. I try to keep this to a minimum -- "even a fool is counted wise if he remains silent."

Not much.I try very hard to be a listener and observer.Would usually speak only when spoken to.I often try to view my own life as a third party observer and only interject when necessary.As you know what I am "hiding" you can see the dilemma in being vocal.Tried to reach you but don't understand 360.
