The Tigers need a left handed bat. Dmitri can provide us with that, plus power.

Do you think The Tigers made any major trades?

Dombrowski isn't going to give up any of our main prospects in Toledo.

I think The Tigers are pretty well set for the Post Season.

Your thoughts?

Quite possibly Georgie. He may of been the missing link that we needed. So far he's looking pretty good since being back. 8.5 games ahead of WHITE SOX AND TWINS. We've got it! Sorry SOX, you'll most likely not even make the playoffs you bums.....HAhahah!!! GO TIGERS!!!!

I have had a hard time believing that the Tigers were for real this season, but it definitely is beginning to look like they could run away with their division. Young should definitely help as an extra bat in what is already a pretty solid lineup, and with the pitching that they have, everything looks pretty positive for them as long as all of the "youngsters" don't get exhausted by the end of the season. I don't know if they have what it takes to get past a Boston or a New York (or possibly Minnesota with Santana and Liriano slotted for at least two starts) in the playoffs, but it would be great to see a team that has so horrible only a few seasons ago win it all... Congratulations for building a team the right way. Hopefully my Rangers can follow the Tigers lead in the next year or two (although I'm not giving up hope for them this season!)...

The Tigers are very well set, and Dimitri can really help. He has good power, great contact, and not to mention a great attitude. He will definately help the team more than when he was out.

I think the Tigers don't exactly need to make a trade, but it couldn't hurt if they were able to get Alfonso Soriano, which would add even more power to their already stacked lineup.

The Tigers have got it made to win the series in my opinion. And they are young enough to repeat next year. GO TIGERS!!!

permit wreck this down: you would be getting Morneau - 20 hr/sixty 8 rbi's Dunn - 23 hr/fifty 4 rbi's Giving up: Lackey - 11 wins/87k's/3.04 era Hamels - 10 wins/124k's/3.seventy two era Shields - 6 wins/110k's/3.76era youthful - 8 hr/40-one rbi's You pronounced which you extremely desire some skill. in my view, i think of that it quite is a lot to resign for those 2 gamers. you're paying for and merchandising 30 wins/3 hundred ok's and an stable era for a stable improve in the commencing up base and Dunn who hit's HR's and that's it. Dunn's Avg is 259 so all of it or not something with him. Morneau has 3 much less HR's than Dunn and has 14 greater RBI's than him. Plus you do not point out who Dunn might replace on your roster. while you're in a league that scores avg to boot you will go through with Dunn. What this sounds like his this guy or woman has a stable hitting team and susceptible in pitching. i might see if he has a guy or woman with extremely much less Hr's on his team with a greater effective avg and on the component to the rbi's than Dunn and decide for him and Morneau. i might supply up Hammels and guard and youthful. what's significant is to remember what catagories you get factors in.
