No. I'll give you 100 years ago, but 10 years ago? No. Evolution doesn't happen over night, ya know.
It's called a Trend. Yeah, people wore different clothes, they were photographed differently, their hair and make up were different. The models they chose had a certain appeal (vs now).

Of course women are built different, but not only that it is how we shape and alter our bodies through diet, plastic surgery and exercise. Going back into time women went through many transitions. You had it back when women was heavy and that was a turn on, it signified health. Then we went through they skinny stage, and we went through the small waist period, and the no showing of legs. Now skinny is back in. Life is a big circle, it is never nothing new, just the same ol' $hit different era, and different generation. Just talk to your parents, great grandparents, and see how it was and how they will tell you the same thing. We repeat everything and out a twist on it. So in a minute statuesque, full, and voluptuous women will be back in. Women are already starting to get butt implants and bigger boobs, so get ready for a new woman. It is like all of the in the style of clothes, the 70's and now the 80's. They got the hand glove thing and all of the extra arm bracelets, and necklaces. The min skirt with the leggings, the skinny jeans, all 80's. Back when Madonna was singing "Borderline".

I don't think that evolution changes body types quite as fast as 10-15 years. But, over the course of maybe 100 years body types certainly change.
People are getting taller for example. Also, because of diet and current physical activities their body shape changes alot. Also, what is currently the norm for weight was considered VERY underweight 100 years ago.

I can safely say that women are indeed built the same way as we have been for a long time- we have two arms, two legs, etc. Perhaps the idea of beauty is what has changed over the years.

I do know that it is getting harder and harder to tell the age of a girl. I know guys that actually ask for ID when they meet a girl at a party, just to make sure they are not a 15 yr old girl that looks like she should be 19 or 20.

Evolution doesnt happen that fast, but what can effect phsical develpment is the environment. Well nurished women can develope better than women from poorer countries or women from even a decade ago who didnt know how to eat well. Sexualy explicit imagry and stimulation can also jumpstart the body to begin puberty early as the body thinks its time to start mating, but please dont try that.

i think its just like natural evolution or something....i dont know...but i have noticed that too just didnt ask anyone because i didnt want them to think i was weird or perverted or anything so you are not alone in this one....Heres a good example i am 20 and well i seen a 14 yr old the other day and i couldnt believe she was the age she was. She put me to shame. So ever generation changes a littel bit.

BUILT?? My friend, there isnt some factory out there that "builds" us. There arent different models (MODEL XL3000 Deluxe) out there. You are looking a porno to base your observation. No, women havent changed. Society has changed and shifted with what it considers attractive. There have always been attractive women, skinny women, fat women, etc.
