Why did you buy this? With 30 employees it's a pretty small company. Your reasons for buying it should be your prime reasons for holding or selling.

After you did your research on this company.... does the price reflect your expectations or not? Since you know the company better than I (you bought it for some specific reasons, I'm assuming you know a lot about it). What has changed. Is a product not getting the response you thought it should.
I see they're losing money. Is that improving or not? Are they working on something that's been delayed?

A penny stock like this can take drastic swings (as you know). If you're buying penny stocks like this.... you know it comes with the territory. You know the chances are significant to lose your entire investment quickly.

Hopefully you follow two of the most basic rules of investing;
A. Know your investment well enough to completely understand why they're a good investment.
B. With the proper "asset allocation" the loss of all invested will not effect your life.

(BTW: hopefully you didn't break rule #3..... never take tips from anyone (esp. TV, Radio, Friends & Relatives, or this forum)......................

So..
I've been trading the market for just a few months. My cousin actually told me about this website ( http://pennystocks.toptips.org ) and I signed up immediately after. This is my honest review about their method. I'm not someone who has a lot of time to be researching for ideas because I work many hours. they made it incredibly easy for me to make money in the market. Their reports are easy to read and follow. I've tracked most of the stock ideas that I've received in my e-mail from them and MANY have seen some nice gains after their announcements. I've made a nice profit (55% return on my investment on one, and 112% on the other!) on a couple of suggestions he's given and plan to start trading his ideas a lot more.
