Family Guy is taking over for me though the Simpson's are too classic to count out at this time. And SP too. American Dad is funny but needs some time to mature into a Family Guy, SP or Simpson's.

First off, American Dad sucks a$$.
I would put Family Guy first, with a close tie between the Simpsons and South Park.

Family Guy is my favorite, but American Dad isn't far behind. I laugh my a$$ off at Family Guy. American Dad is pretty funny, too. South park is getting old to me and Simpsons is just good classic TV. I still watch Simpsons, but it doesn't make me laugh as much as Family Guy does.

Family GUy, no doubt, Simpson has way to many stupid jokes that just aren't funny...South Park and American Dad are good, but not as good as Family Guy.
