I want to lose some weight before aug 14.
But what can i do to lose weight? fast.
NO STARVATION....
Just something i could do that would make me lose weight and not hurt myself...No Gym,Also Whats the most i could lose in this emount of time...
Till aug 14.

lol
okay i'm on a diet two and i managed to drop ten pounds in two weeks so here is my menu.
breakfast
just a light yogurt about 70 calories from yoplait
green tea with just subsitute sugar sweet and low (no calories and curbs appetite)

lunch
shrimp salad or diced chicken salad about only 200 calories
drink water
dinner
a celery stick (i know disgusting but you lose weight)
and a chicken sandwich (no chesse just tomatos and lettuce with a dab of ketchup) only 250 whopping calories
drink water

exercise plan:
4 sets of 50 jumping jacks
3 sets of 20 crucnhes
and dance like nobodys watching for an hour and six minutes

trust me it worked and now i'm grounded because i lost too much lol
i know the cravings can kick in but if you get a craving grab a celery stick and you won't feel so hungry anymore.

Eat ONLY when you're hungry.
try eating about 5-6 small meals a day instead of 3 big ones.
no sweets/ junk food.
cut out soda.
Drink lots of water, tea (splenda to sweeten it). no juice.
eat lots of fruit and vegetables.
if u have a jump rope, try doing 500 jumps a day.
if u have a tredmill, walk for 25 mins n run for 5. u dont have to run all at once, u can walk for a few mins then run for one min then walk, run, walk, etc.
do about 50-100 sit ups a day. stretch before you workout. if you have stairs, run up and down them as many times as you can. you need to burn more calories a day than you eat. you are always burning calories throughout the day, but if u workout, you will burn A LOT more and you will build muscle.
u probably wont lose much weight by aug 14 if u dont work out, sorry. i do this everyday and i've still havent lost weight, according to the scale.. i've gotten a lot toner though, and built more muscle which burns more calories which makes u lose more weight. i've also gained a lot more stamina. easy, i know how to train so i will tell you -

every MORNING (metabolism highest in the morning) on an EMPTY stomache, go do 45-60 minutes of elliptical training at easy/medium intensity. you will burn about 700-800cals. do this 6 days a week, or 3 days, with 3 other days of weight training.

then, dont eat more than 1800-2000 calories in a day. your body will burn about 2800 calories on the day you do the cardio, and about 2500 on the days you do weight training (you burn 2000/day from just doing your normal routine w/o working out)

so lets average it to 2500 burned a day from working out, giving you a day off on the weekend to not work out. if you eat 2000 calories a day, you will burn 3500 calories a week, which is a little over 1lb of fat.

you can burn 1-2 lbs each week til school starts.

just get active do whatever you want run play basketball or any other sport that you like drink water and eat what is healthy don't have to eat a lot of junk food or else it won't work

try swimming! it's fun and you can get a tan and hang out with friends while you're loosing weight. if not that run, walk, ride a bike....whatever! it doesn't really matter if you're moving! don't try fasting or things like that, if you want to loose weight you got to exercise. good luck!

holy crap! your school year starts on august 14?! mine doesn't start till september! anyways, you could try going running or something. it doesn't have to be for a long distance, just so you're comfortable. go walking. dance to your favorite cd. it doesn't matter what you do, just get active and get away from the computer, girl!! lol

Atkins works for me....no carbs, just protein diet. I like SlimFast Protein, cappucino flavored. Yum! I lost 30 lbs and kept it off 3 years now.
