It's a tie between Titanic and Forrest Gump. And I agree that Citizen Kane isn't the #1 movie of all time, byy any means. It's great for its time, but there are far better movies.

Citizen Kane is a really good one (I found it to be boring).
My Fair Lady, The English Patient, and Out of Africa also come to mind.

Titanic did not deserve any of the Oscars it got -- the performances were not good and the movie itself was too sappy and cheezy for even an Oscar nomination. After Titanic, I would say anything made by Felini (sorry!)

Gone With the Wind - boring melodrama with terrible acting (except for Hattie McDaniel).
Cinematography in it is great, though.

scarface. i saw it for the first time a couple months ago. it was just ok and a little cheesy in some parts. but it was totally overhyped and overrated.

The third harry potter film. Artsy my butt...He just mangled the story and left out everything significant.

i think it's the "Titanic" by James Cameron, being No1 blockbuster of all times, followed by the "Lord of the rings"
i believe that the "lord of the rings" was way much better and deserved to be at No1
