if a persons myspace is blocked from public view how do I get it unblocked?

If the person's myspace profile is set to blocked there is no way for you to see it unless you are or become a friend of this person. This is set so that children under 14 years of age are restricted from the wide base of profiles out on myspace... however several people falsely set their age as 14 or younger to block their profiles from the public.

The only way is to add them as a friend, that's if they even accept you.

You have to become their friend. There is no other way.

you can't - it is solely determined by the person whose profile it is.
THEY choose who can or cannot see it.
