The only way that eating a bug will hurt you is if its poison or if your allergic to it June bugs arent poison and you would have known right away if you were allergic so other than the gross-out factor you should be fine

Apparently it hasn't yet. It is mostly protien. Over 80% of the world's population deliberately eat insects to obtain protien on a daily basis. I seriously doubt that you will come to any harm.

No, my 2-year old ate one and she is fine. The only way I knew she ate it was when it came out the other end.
