All of the above.
Also, we're either too busy working or just didn't know about it ahead of time. I never hear about rallies until I hear about it on the news. And the one rally I did have advance notice about, I couldn't go because I had to work.

They do, on occasion. I guess you weren't around much in the 60's and 70's. I suspect today they're not as fired up about things that need changing. Perhaps they believe there are better ways to achieve change. I certainly can think of better ways to spend my time effecting change than yelling in the street.

....our economy is not repressed but through free creativity and enterprise is successful, so we don't need the money we could earn for demonstrating and holding up signs.. And there is enjoyment of life and good economy through tax revenue through spending rather than through oppression and high taxes.. We make our voices heard through voting and robust debate..
