Most men think logically, most women think emotionally, therefore they approach each situation from a different direction. Given time they will arrive at the same conclusion but usually men, who have a short attention span, have already changed to channel and have forgotten what the objective was in the first place.

Becuase guys and girls think differently.
Often guys either don't show it, or they have different ways of showing it that girls don't pick up on.
The opposite is also true. Often girls don't get guys and guys don't get girls.
The way to get around that is communication. Both guys and girls need to communicate clearly and say what they mean. Forget the hints, games and guesswork. Just be upfront and honest. The more you can do that, the better off both will be.

I do believe that men have hearts, but I've met so many of them that turn out to be insincere, self-centered jerks that I really don't even try anymore.

They believe it because of stereotypical examples set by the men who really do not have hearts. However, in my case, my fiancee knows that i have a heart, but she does not have one, so we are in complete opposite of the stereotype.

Usually its because most women are not as severly sexually driven as men. Men will, in general, do nearly anything to have a fulfilling sexual encounter. Women, in general, simply dont want to believe that and when they do - they count us as heartless because they dont share the harshness of our need.
Their needs are more emotionally centered and, again, when we dont find that the most important thing in life, we are heartless.

They sure do. Its just that most dont use it with compassion. Their focus is just a personal gain. So the head rules more than the heart.
Yes, there are many women too... but most women act with a bit more compassion. So the heart rules more than the head.

Girls assume that just because men don't express themselves the same way girls do, then they must not be feeling the same things.
So, if you don't express your heart the way she might, then she might assume you have none.
