Because everything else (life) is not passing by ... it seems to stand still and you can visualize the problem because you actually have the time and a clear mind to think about it.

this is a place where you are fully dedicate yourself to yourself...there is no space for anything but for you only. Believe it or not , but there is entire opportunity to know what and how it feels to love yourself. I am not speaking of extreme form of love...When you truly love yourself you are open to receive gifts from Higher sourses. Unfortunately, people do not learn how to be respectfully intimate with themselves always and everywhere, not only in a bathroom. Dedication is one of well known form of love.

I think it's because when a task is that natural and effortless, it's a chance for your mind to go blank. And out of that relaxed state of non-thinking, fresh ideas emerge.
