Everything Jared H has said plus that The FED isn't needed. We could have essentially a competitive market that would base its money from different precious metals (ie silver, gold, platinum, or even cooper) that would be the basis for the currency. This would enable a stable market that would have no inflation and would eliminate the FIAT money system that we have now where the FED can essentially make another great depression anytime it feels like it.

YES, why would you want a private corporation owned by the wealthiest people in the world to control the supply of money? (a right supposedly reserved to our government)

Andrew Jackson fought his whole political career against the central european bankers setting up their scam here, he even put it on his tombstone.

Lincoln assasination has been traced back to the central bankers because he refused to take money from them at 30 percent for the civil war, opting instead to have the government issue money.

Truman, who signed the Act creating the Federal Reserve, lamented it on his deathbed saying he was tricked into ruining his government.

But everyone is so brainwashed about how great it is and someone needs to control inflation. When If we still used precious metals like the Constitution intended THERE WOULD BE NO INFLATION.

No.
How is the Fed evil? Someone needs to conduct fiscal policy and control inflation. Who's going to do that if not the Fed?
