I quit smoking ... it's a bonafied miracle ... really a miracle.

I did use acupressure and hypnosis, but ah, tobacco is so freaking addicting ... a higher power must have given me the edge ... dare I say, "God"? Thank God almighty I'm free at last.

Why did I smoke beyond addition? Well, it was to keep from killing everything around me. Without the nicotine, there was that primal urge to kill something. I still get it when I get re-lapse whiffs of cig's and the craving kick in ... but the hypnosis has me look for the color "Red" and then breath deep ... so far, I haven't killed, and I haven't smoked ...

Thank God Almighty, I'm free at last.

Yes, I smoke.

We've been trying to quit now for about 9 months now... we were smoke-free for about 8 months... and just about a month ago we went back to smoking... I hate myself for doing that... but if you have ever smoked before you'll understand... quitting is the hardest thing you'll do... we are going to try again... so hopefully this time... it will take... I mean come on... we did 8 months... I think we can do this...

But, even though I'm still smoking right now... I will still tell people not to... it's bad for you... don't smoke... don't start... because it will be hell to quit!!

I used to but I quit. Why did I smoke? I found it extremely relaxing. The act of smoking seems to have a very calming effect on me. Sorry to sound like a total wack-nut, but it's almost like an activity of meditation to me. The slow inhaling and exhaling...The feel of the smoke in my throat and nostrils....even the feel of the cigarette in my hand, and the smell of the tobacco. I loved smoking and although I have not smoked for 25 years, I still crave a cigarette now and then.

Yes. I started smoking 2 1/2 years ago when I quit smoking meth and now am trying to quit. I quit for 2 wks then had court to stop visits with my daughter and her dad cuz he's still using and got stressed out and started smoking again. Down to about 3 cigarettes. Hate it, it's nasty but not so nasty as meth.

God Bless.

Yes. I could give you a thousand different reasons for smoking but really it is because I started over half my lifetime ago and they are very addictive. If you don't smoke don't start.

Only every so often, usually after I had a fight with my mom. It calms me down, and stuff doesn't seem so bad afterward. Then ten minutes later I swear never to smoke again.

Yes. It is a crappy habit I picked up while using drugs and alcohol. I have been clean for almost two years now. It is alot harder to quit smoking.

Depends on what you're referring to. I smoke cigarettes, a pack of Camel turkish silvers a day, because they make me look cool and I smoke pot because it makes everything so much more funny.

I used to, to be cool and for the initial buzz it gave me when I was 18.
I smoked for about 4 years, developed asthma, made my teeth yellow and ruined my taste buds...
NOT WORTH IT
