Show up naked and wearing makeup. Say "Hi Yall" really prettily. Prance around the field like a pony and you are sure to make it.

Rather than waste your time asking this question, sitting at a computer, I would suggest that your start by jogging around the block, and enhancing you strength and stamina, then go to the tryouts. they wouldn't cut you immediately, Different coachs prepare differently, the only true way to know what will happen is to go!!
If you've spent allot of time at the computer, rather than on a sports field, then I hold out little hope for your chances of making the team, since as you say, you've ask this question before. If you wanted to really know, you would have asked the football coach where you'd be trying out.

Tests of coordination, strength, and endurance. Wind sprints (gassers), agility drills (Tire running) and blocking, depending on position. Drink water 1 hour before to be hydrated. Read a book on basic football.
Run a mile or two a day, and some 50yd sprints, and some uphill. 5 days a week. Prepare, games are won in practice, as are boxing matches. Practice like you want to play, and sweat plenty. And drink a lot of fluids, mostly water, and no alcohol or caffeine.
Good players watch film of their opponents, and watch their tendencies and habits to figure out advantages: some players will look where the ball is going ahead of time - now you know where it is going.
Listen to your body, to know the difference between being very tired or normal aches and being hurt. If you know that you are hurt demand care!
Steroids ruin your whole body: refuse them.

A lot of running. There will be an incredible amount of running. Starting out you all will go through conditioning drills. Push-ups, stretches, and walk throughs. It really depends on what position you're playing. At 5'11 I'd assume you are a running back, reciever, or defensive back. Be ready for catching drills, a lot of cutting and route running. Be sure to drink plenty of water. Let me know if you need anything else.

Depends on your coach really. Probably have to exhibit some tackling, throwing, running, and catching skills. A lot of coaches may not pay much attention to you if you haven't played before now. Try hard, follow their directions, and do your best.

Depending on your coach you should tell him what spot you want to play as like a QB. then he would give you drills on that like Running, Catching, Throwing, Hitting, Taking hits, spinting, blowouts, The tires on the ground thing, and the body bag but thats a good coach and really good coach would make teams and let you play to look at your attributes

It all depends on the position you're expecting to play. if you're on the line, the skill set is different from that of a back.

Make sure you can run, both in a straight line(sprints and distance) and with fancy footwork: cross-overs, rope drills, etc. Additionally, make sure you know your assignments. I don't care if you're the most physically gifted player, if you don't know where you're supposed to be(on the third try), you're not making my team.

That you are physically capable of playing, emotially ready to take instructions from the coach, and mature enough to not be a distraction to the team.

You do what the coach says, and if he likes how you perform then you make the team.

Often everyone will be split into two teams, and the coach see who performs the best and worst and in the middle.

You really want to know what you need to do? Be aggressive, whatever position you try out for, be aggressive, and show initiative. Show the coaches you want to play.
