This is a pretty simple process...
1. Open up your internet browswer - Internet Explorer
2. Click the TOOLS option located in the top grey area of the browser
3. Choose INTERNET OPTIONS
4. Select the PRIVACY tab
5. Change the setting of your cookies...
There is a slider that will change the level of access you are allowing on your computer... change it to the level you feel is correct. Each level has a description of what it will allow.

Good Luck

Go into control panel then Internet options. Click on the privacy tab and at the top, you'll see how to enable cookies.

With your Internet Explorer open, click on tools. Under the privacy tab you will find your cookie settings.

you have to go into your control panel, then open internet explorer properties and go to privacy. The slider bar will tell you what setting allows cookies. You probably have it at the max if its not allowing cookies. somewhere in the middle is the most functional and still safe.

This will work

Go to tools...Internet options
select security tab
Now highlight each of the icons one at time and hit the custom level button below...that will make the reset defaults button appear.
select reset defaults
and apply for each
then make sure you hit the OK button before exiting.

make sure you close all of your Internet browser windows
when you reopen you should get some dialog boxes but just check the don't ask again check box and hit OK

Sometimes your IE browser security setting get set to high and resetting to defaults will make things work again and may even speed things up.

"C" is for cookie, that's good enough for me. :)

Like someone else said, you should check in your internet options for your cookie settings, it should be on the front tab, in the middle.
