Obviously the Lebanese are too stupid/powerless to do any rebuilding. For goodness sakes, their army is so weak they won't even face the Hezbollah thugs. You see, if the Lebanese government would get control of Hezbollah, then Israel wouldn't have to do the job for them. So what if Halliburton gets another contract? That's what we live for. To piss of liberals like you.

Since Halliburton is primarily in the oil business and is divesting itself of its Kellogg, Brown and Root (KBR) engineerng division, it probably will get fewer infrastructure contracts. Fluor Corp is a more likely prospect, but we don't know any political reason to dump on Fluor so you never hear of them. How about Perini Corp, which gave us Boston's 'Big Dig"? No, we can't dump on Perini, because the owner is married to Democrat Senator Dianne Feinstein, who got Perini their contracts in Iraq and Afghanistan through her seat on the appropriations committee.
