She is a relly cool girl if you get to know her.Everyone hates her though. HELP!!!!

What is stopping you?
Is it how you think other people will think of you if you befriend this girl? That's so shallow, and you don't deserve HER friendship.
Listen, when you get out into the real world, and the little cliques and circles you have now that seem so important to you are long gone, you'll cherish the TRUE friendships that you, yourself, cultivated. Be friends with whomever you want, and forget what others may think. You think for yourself. Your friendship with this girl may enrich you in ways that you could never imagine right now.

Yes, you most certainly should. Don't let what others think dominate your judgement of people. You should make friends wirth her that's what I would do, i've even done it before like twice or three times.

Why not?? just cuz other people don't like her..don't mean you can't..or are you too worried about what others will think?? You should make your decisions without outside influence..who cares what others think?? well some people do--but i don't.. after all...what do other people do for you??
