Drugstore.com looks really legitimate and you can buy prescription drugs online (I don't know about OTC). It looks like www.clinicallyinformed.com has a good selection of OTC drugs. I don't know how legitimate they are, though. WIth the new FDA regulations, it might be tough to buy cough/cold medications online. You also will need a prescription for any RX medications that you want to purchase. I know that some websites don't require an RX to purchase prescription drugs, but they are usually illegimate, and sell knock-off versions of the drugs. You have no way of knowing exactly what you are taking when you buy from one of those websites.
