I have heard that for an woman 5"0 they should weight 100 lbs. for every inch you add after that, an extra 5 lbs should be added as well to maintain healthy weight... so following that logic at a height of 5"7 you 'should' weigh... 135 lbs. and at a height of 5"8 you 'should' weigh 140 lbs.

That is my height and I weigh 155# my goal is 150. That is considered normal and healthy, I have been at 140# when I was younger.
