The UK & US leaders are from 'western liberal democracies' it is politicaly impossible - no matter what they do - to indict them.

Darlin' you have no idea what constitutes a 'WarCrime'. But yes the people can bring charges against political leaders. I can accuse you to war crimes. But I probably can't prove it. I can accuse you of treason but I can't prove that either. Just because you do something I don't like doesn't make it a 'war crime'.
And no we aren't living with a new Hitler. *LOL* Bush doesn't hate Jews. Hitler did.

Historically your very good question has been that we bring charges against the vanquished and assume a mantle of purity on our part. But the court in The Hague can bring these charges. The problem is to enforce them. Henry Kissinger is under indictment at the Hague but he simply ignores the charges. So yes, the answer is YES

I agree with the first answer.
What crime has the President and prime minister done. Try to over through a murdous dictator and free the people?
Try to decresse the practice of mass murder of non combatents and civilians through out the world.
take steps to feed the starving people of the world.
Since when are these things crimes.

The people should be able to bring charges on thier leaders who comitt war crimes, but in the U.S., unfortunately, there is no one in government, who we elected that cares enough about it. They care about their big fat salaries and that's about it.
Bush should for sure be tried for his crimes but he never will, he will just sign some bill absolving himself of it. There is no justice for the average American anymore, and we can thank our government for that.

What crimes would those be? I assume that if you had done any research you would post a link explaining those "war crimes". I didn't think so. What color is the sky in your world?

Another great question proposed by someone unfamiliar with the United States Constiution. Why don't you do some studying before asking questions such as these? Want someone else to do your homework too?
