Weve all seen snakes slither from side to side, but Does it un-nerve a snake to put it on its back, can it roll back over?

Yes, they can. Hognose snakes will actually roll over and play dead when threatened, and if you roll the 'dead' snake right side up, it will roll over onto it's back again and continue playing dead.

Yes and some snakes will play dead to escape danger much like a possum.

ive never seen it but its possible that they can roll over because they are able to contort into so many positions. I would immagine that they can

yes! they can roll over...they can also sneak onto planes and cause all sorts of problems and destruction...including killing people!

They can roll over, but they don't generally do it on purpose.
