I agree! They don't announce half the stuff either! Or I'll say something 10 minutes later they replay it and say it...hellooo, you guys are supposed to be the pros, do your job!

I prefer the fox announcers, Darrell Waltrip, Larry Mac, and Jeff Hammond, over the TNT announcers. They are so annoying and not really smart. Alan and wally are just so weird and boring, and the Bank of America Countdown to Green is boring too. Bring the Fox cast back.
Is it just a coincidence that the first half of the season is more interesting or is it because of the announcers. And also, people are more likely to take more "nascar naps" with the TNT broadcasts.

Well I think the folks at NBC/TNT could learn a few things from the folks at FOX.Wally is OK but Benny Parsons makes me wonder if he is lucid sometimes,I often wonder if he is watching the same thing I am.Bill Weber comes across as a smart a** to me. I agree Rusty Wallace would be an awesome replacement for either of those guys.

I think both FOX/FX and NBC/TNT need different commentators. The Fox guys need to stick to the race and quit adding all of their silliness. Of the two, I prefer the NBC/TNT guys, however. They need to put Alan back in the booth and get some color commentators that are more recent drivers. One that comes to mind would be Ricky Rudd. I think he could offer some good stuff.

I personally preffer FOX presenting NASCAR. Everytime I watch the race on TNT I feel like I am watching golf or some other non action sport. DW and the whole FOX crew presents NASCAR with entertainment as well. I cant wait till FOX presents NASCAR AGAIN.

i like the fox announcers better, they are funnier, tnt sound like commentators for old people (50+) one reason why fox can't cover the whole seasons is because football starts in september, and for now nfl gets more ratings.

Not me, I love Benny Parsons and Wally Dallenbeck, but I do miss Alan Bestwick as the third wheel, he meshed better and the jokes flowed better. Wally and Benny RULE! I hate the boogity crap......they annoy me! But I like Chris Myers on there. So maybe add Chris to Benny and Wally and there ya go, but Benny just announced he has cancer. It's sad!!!

I think TNT just needs to not cover NASCAR period. Of course next season they won't be and that is good! It is a shame that FOX doesn't cover the entire NASCAR season.

yes fox/fx is better, but I like AB on NBC/TNT. Also, you really ask too many questions

*sigh* yes, they are in desperate need. the guys seem lost and so out of touch. they never really seem to even be real sure of what is happening on the track or who is driving what car. i block them out even more than i block out fox's boys.
can't wait to watch rusty do a nascar race..that oughta be good.
