im 12 and i love acting and have always wanted to act. everyone says im good. but how do i find out about anything i've typed in the obvious on google but it never finds what im lookin for.

Generally, most people who are seriously considering acting as a career will find connections with auditions through an acting/talent agency. However, these agencies can be very expensive, and no success is guaranteed.
A good place to start is by acting in local or school plays and building up a good, solid resume.
Acting is a tough industry to break into, and it requires a lot of dedication and sacrifice. Good luck with your dream.

Try checking with your local or state Film Commission. Just type in the search bar your State + Film Commission. Get a phone number and talk to someone. Best of luck.

well you first need a head shot to show the producer, if that is whos cadting, and a resume, and then get an agent, and go to google and type in casting calls, and I am in the same spot as you, I have always wanted to act, I have done a few commercials, but I recently researched this stuff.

They will give you some information, but if you want the good info; you have to be a paid member. It's not much. I think for full breakdown services, it's like 10 bucks a month. I haven't become a member of any of these yet, but a co-worker of mine highly recommends them. Good luck.

im 13 and just as serious. I have already asked this question and havent gotten anywhere, try craigslist.org. it didnt help me cause not much goes on in michigan but maybe it will help you. plz let me no how it goes. just remember . . .there is other grls out there too like me trying to get at the same thing:) ps my dream film is with johnny depp
