I just starting dating a woman who has very dark nipples and aerola's. This is the first time I have encountered someone like this. I know it is common for African-American ladies and other ethnicities but she is white of european descent. It is not important to me, I am just curious if this is a common thing in white women or do I have a unique lady? Please only answer if you are being serious. Thank you.

every female is different.. some are darkers then others depending on diet, heritage and so on. So I think you just found someone different then you are used to!

Yes its common. Women have different types of nipples. Maybe she was born with it but in some cases when a woman gets pregnant she delovops adarker color on her nipple. Brownish. Like I said it is common though.

it is common in white women. there is nothing wrong with her. usually women with dark aerola, have beautiful breasts.
she may have a dark skinned family way down the family tree line.

Usually the nipples get much darker after childbirth.

There's ALL kinds of variations in color and size. (from very pale to very dark, small to large.) Nothing new or unique.
