No way to fix this one, bleach is not a stain, it has removed the color in the clothing, toss it out or wear it when you paint.

Bleach stains cannot be 'removed' but dyeing the clothes may help...

Keep washing it. It will eventually make a hole. Then, consider it removed.
Seriously, it's now a "bum around" shirt. The fabric won't dye - I've tried it.

I don't think so. Did that to a pair of my jeans once and decorated them with with more bleach marks.

if it is white you can try
Yellow Out or maybe Iron Out-found in stores like walmart or target by the detergent
but if it is colored it is ruined!
